"Well done Hugo. Needed a plumber for my elderly neighbour Dennis who is house bound. Hot water feeding back into the water tank in the loft and out of the overflow wasn't good and very concerning. Hugo confirmed the mixer tap in the new ish downstairs shower, but also pointed out for safety, a cool touch one would be best as well as the need to reduce the mains pressure via a regulator. Two days later (due to parts availability) he was back and all fitted in about 30 minutes. I've always concerned when picking tradesmen out of the blue, but Hugo is the man. I've kept his number for myself in case I need him for myself especially when I'm Dennis's age (in about 40 years time). Kind, courteous and efferent, all at a reasonable price too. In case your still not sure, I would highly recommend his services."
