"Harry responded to my call within a couple of hours and Emailed an estimate the following day, confirming the day he could carry out the work. He subsequently arrived on time on the agreed day. The replacement of my hot water cylinder was complicated due to airing cupboard restrictions, awkward existing pipework and shower pump connections. Harry worked hard throughout the day and completed a well crafted and tidy installation. He completed the work to my total satisfaction and respected our Covid security at all times. As an apprenticed craftsman and professional engineer I would have no hesitation in calling upon Harry's services again."
