"New boiler install, replace broken pump and valve, replace broken shower and replace tank in the roof. Expected two day job took about a day and a half, turned up exactly as described and the work was done to a high standard and area was left clean and tidy afterwards. Very helpful throughout, from a number of calls and WhatsApp messages back and forth to go through the work and set up date etc through to the work itself. "I have used Greensted for a few years now and for various different jobs. From the word go, Stephen put me at ease and always talks me through whatever job he undertakes, so I'm left in no doubt what's going on. Should I need to contact him or ask for any further info, then Miriam, ( his office angel ) is always at the other end of a phone to sort things out. The last works Stephen carried out for me were: my annual Gas boiler service, Gas safety check/ Certificate /new Gas cooker connection. Stephens work is of a high standard and he will never compromise safety by taking short cuts. Customer satisfaction and safety are the ethics of this business."

"If we have a heating or plumbing issue, we always call Greensted. Had a slight accident with a water pipe but knew they'd be out asap and sort everything brilliantly. And they did. Adam was an absolute star: friendly, calm, efficient, and repaired the leaking pipe quickly and to a high standard. From the first contact with Miriam through to job getting done you know you are in good, expert hands. Could not recommend highly enough"
