"After having a burst pipe a friend recommended Bob but I wasn't sure whether to contact him since it seemed as though he mainly carried out major construction work. However, I am glad I did, since he replaced my kitchen ceiling and flooring and made my kitchen usable again by repairing several kitchen units and replacing the work tops. He fitted in a new oven and dishwasher. I would definitely use him again and tell other people to do the same for any job large or small. He was always courteous, on time and tidy. And explained any aspects of the work he was doing with patience. My kitchen is once again the heart of our home!"

"Bob and his team were extremely professional and competent. He worked around our busy family and ensured the site was safe & sound. The build was a utility room and sitting room downstairs, two bedrooms, a bathroom and shower-room upstairs. There was a vast amount of electrical, plumbing and heating work in addition to the build, repair and overall finish including tiling and carpets. Bob liaised with the building control and architect too, which was a big help. The quality of the finish is excellent, we are really pleased. So much so we had him back to do some more work in the summer. Highly recommended."

"Bob has been a builder for many years and his experience shows in the way he works. He could not say what he planned to do the next day till he knew what the weather was doing, what he'd thought about overnight, or he'd had supply issues so had to do things differently. He had plenty of time to explain things and discuss options of how to do certain things. He would explain the rationale behind doing things that looked wrong or in the wrong order, and things would be ok in the end. Snow, Covid and supply issues extended the work longer than was originally planned but he was always working towards the final goal. You could tell the time by Bob's activities during the day. He always cleared up at the end of the day and the site (our back garden) was still accessible most of the time."
